10:48 a.m.:
The Portland Bureau of Transportation reports traffic on NE 14th Street has mostly cleared following the protest, and several of the planned protests are scheduled to be in the morning, including a march. The bureau did not say how many marchers were involved in those demonstrations.
At 10:26 a.m., an Uber driver reportedly blocked traffic from heading into downtown Portland at the inter포커 룰section of NE 14th Street and Willamette Avenue for hours.

The FBI said at about 5:20 a.m. that they believe there was a shooting on a Portland street. No further details were available. No arrests have been made. Portland Police Chief Mike Marsh said there was a shooting early Wednesday in the 100 block of NW Division Street and said police were waiting for additional information to determine if the shooting is related. He said there were numerous protests around the country since police shot Philando Castile Sunday in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, that night after Castile pulled a gun.
