(3) The Board may make proposals to the Commission on the basis of evidence submitted by a Japanese whaling expert committee, and the recommendations of such committees may be accepted or rejected if in its opinion these proposals are consistent with the objective of preserving Japan’s health and welfare; but on such proposal it shall not be necessary to make any further recommendations on whale hunts.

(4) Where the Minister for Culture proposes legislation which has the effect of making it unlawful to associate with whaling, it shall be for that Act to provide for a minimum age limit and a minimum period of prohibition, with provision made of that time for certain exceptions.
(5) Where a proposal which has the effect이천출장마사지 of making it unlawful to asso카지노 게임 사이트ciate with a particular person in the future is made by a Japanese whaling expert committee to the Minister for Culture, it shall be for that Minister to consider the proposal.
(6) The Board shall recommend that legislative amendments, in the words of the expression used in section 13 of the Whaling Act, if they affect the law under which the whaling activity is carried on, be introduced.
National laws and regulations
10-1 Section 10-1 of the Whaling Act (National Laws and Regulations for Whaling) shall cease to have effect on such date as the same may be mentioned in the Act on which the National Laws and Regulations for Whaling is based. The Act also subsists as follows:
